            Basically Oxygen is nessery for all living things in the planet.Walking is the best way to transfer the huge amount of oxygen to the muscles.This oxygen will burn all the excessive fat from the body.

      Walking helps to stimulate the muscles.This will encourage the fat burning process from all the body muscles so we can be stay fit by keep on doing this activity.
#4.Bone & muscle strength

      Walking will help you to improve the body balance and it will make your bones & muscle even more stronger. It also improves the muscle endurance.
